WHAT DO WE NEED FOR SET UP?

star The Course can be set up either indoors or outdoors.
star If outdoors we would need a grassed area, which is well, drained. The equipment can be altered to compensate for any uneven ground. The total ideal outdoor area is 70m Long by 12m Wide.(outdoors).
star It is always a good idea to have an indoor alternative in case of bad weather. If there are no suitable indoor facilities and the weather is wet then we will have to cancel the event. The MAC will not be liable for any loss of income if this should be the case.
star I would like to draw your attention to the following for indoor and outdoor events:

starThe venue to be used must be on the ground floor and easily accessible.
star The equipment is very heavy and cannot be carried long distances.
star If you have any doubts with regards your indoor/outdoor venue please contact us.
star If the team arrives on the day and finds the indoor/outdoor
facilities unsuitable the event will not be able to proceed
and we will not be liable for any loss of income.
star A cancellation fee may apply.

INSURANCE
The MAC carries £2 million of Public Liability Insurance and a copy of this Policy is carried to all events and you are welcome to study it at any time. All participants will receive a safety demonstration before they go on the Course.

REWARDS
Every child completing the Course could get a certificate.

MAC STAFF
We will arrive one and a half hours before the start time to set up the Course and confirm with the organiser how they would like the event to run.
The MAC staff will take care of all demonstrations and will supervise the pupils, at all times, whilst they are on the Course. We will also time the teams round the Course should this be necessary.
MAC staff will not handle any money for the organiser of the event.
